These terms apply to www.falconsolution.in and to enquiries and quote requests you send to Falcon Solutions (“we”, “us”), a Nagpur-based business owned by Akber Lehri that provides solar installation, panel cleaning, operations and maintenance, energy consultancy, waterproofing, and related solar, storage and EV charging services.

By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Permission to contact you

When you submit an enquiry or quote request, you authorise Falcon Solutions to contact you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your request, our services, and relevant offers. This applies even if your number is registered under the DND or NCPR (National Customer Preference Register) service, because you have asked us to get in touch.

Quotes and orders

• A quote request is not an order. Work begins only after you accept a written quotation or agreement from us.
• Prices, scope of work, payment schedule, project timeline and warranty terms are set out in that written quotation or agreement.
• Quotes are based on the details you provide and a site survey. They may change if site conditions differ from what was shared.
• Please give accurate information when you fill in a form, including your contact number, location and electricity bill details.

Payments and refunds

Advance payments, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the written quotation or agreement for your project. Where materials have been ordered or work has started on your behalf, the related costs may not be refundable. Please read those terms before making any payment.

Project timelines

We share an expected timeline with each quotation. Timelines can be affected by factors outside our control, such as approvals from the electricity distribution company, net-metering, material availability, weather and site access. If a delay happens, we will tell you as soon as we can.

Acceptable use

When using the website, please do not:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else’s details.
• Upload files that contain viruses or harmful code, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Copy or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Content and trademarks

The Falcon Solutions name, logo, text, images and design on this website belong to Falcon Solutions or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not reproduce them in any other way without written consent.
