Falcon Solutions (“we”, “us”) provides solar operations and maintenance, panel cleaning, waterproofing, energy consultancy, and related solar, storage and EV charging services from Nagpur, and serves Nagpur, Pune and Mumbai. This policy explains what information we collect on www.falconsolution.in, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

The business is owned by Akber Lehri. By using this website, sending an enquiry, or asking us for a quote, you agree to this policy. It applies to people in India who use the website or contact us about our services.

• Property type, installation type, solar capacity and average monthly electricity bill, when you include them on a quote request.
• An electricity bill file, if you choose to upload a PDF, JPG or PNG of up to 5 MB.
• Your confirmation that Falcon Solutions may contact you about the enquiry.

The quote form has an optional “use my location” control. We read your device location only if you tap it and allow the browser prompt. If you decline, you can still type the project location and submit the form.

You can also reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp. We keep the details you share in those conversations so we can reply and follow up on the work you asked about.

Information collected automatically

When you open the website, the server and your browser may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of the visit. We use this to keep the site working, understand which pages are used, and protect the site from misuse.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents, health information or biometric data through this website.

• Companies that host the website and store enquiry records, and only so they can provide that service to us.
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that chat.
• Google, because the contact page shows an embedded map of our Nagpur office. Google may receive technical information about that map view under Google’s privacy policy.
• A professional adviser, buyer of the business, or authority, if the law requires it or it is needed to protect our customers, our staff or the business.
